Make a difference by giving your time
Volunteers are the heart of our organization and are necessary for us to accomplish our mission. Currently, may not currently have an opening for you to participate directly with the riders, however, if you are interested in volunteering, please reach out to info@blueskyacres.org
You can also get a head start on all of the paperwork by filling out the forms and doing the training below. Once you get everything completed, we will give you a free t-shirt.
Equine-Assisted Activities Volunteer
We need volunteers who will join our Equine-Assisted Activities team as sidewalkers and horse leaders working with children with disabilities and their horse partners.
Mentored Employment Job Mentor
We work with people with disabilities to give them job skills that they need in order to prosper in their everyday lives. We need volunteers who want to participate as mentors in this program.
Blue Sky Moments Mentor
In our Blue Sky Moments program, volunteers are needed to be mentors for children in foster care. These volunteers must have a high level of commitment and will be thoroughly screened before being allowed to participate in this program.
