Blue Sky Moments Program
Horses can play a huge part in the healing process after trauma. Our foster care and post-adopted program is the first of its kind in our area. We pair each child with a trained volunteer mentor and a horse, allowing them to build resilience through a committed relationship in order to move beyond the trauma they faced early in life.
Blue Sky Moments Mentors get the opportunity to work one on one with a child or teen who has experienced trauma. This is a highly committed position which allows for relationship building and connection.
