Want to learn how to interact with horses?

Our Basic Horsemanship Class is designed to introduce individuals to the world of equines, leaving you equipped to interact with horses in a safe, educated way.

* This is also the first step required for volunteers interested in joining our Program and/or Equine Teams.

What to Expect:

  • One day class: three hours of immersive learning and hands-on experience.

  • A chance to connect with these majestic creatures and explore the world of horsemanship.

  • Limited spots available, ensuring personalized attention.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 14 years old

  • Must have the physical capacity to walk and jog for short distances

  • Must fill out General Liability Waiver to attend class

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some prior experience, our class caters to all levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way.

Once you have confirmed a spot in one of our classes please complete a waiver prior to arriving and be sure to wear closed-toed shoes. No pets, smoking, drugs or alcohol are permitted on the property. We look forward to meeting you!
