Every Life Changed Begins With a Well-Cared-For Horse
Every week, our horses help create life-changing moments for children impacted by disability or trauma. Our horses are the experts when it comes to helping our participants build confidence, responsibility, trust, and hope.
As our programs continue to grow, we are looking for an Equine Care Coordinator to join our team.
This part-time position will play a vital role in caring for our horses and supporting the daily operations that make our mission possible. Responsibilities include coordinating horse care, overseeing feeding and health records, assisting with facility upkeep, supporting volunteers, and helping ensure our equine partners are healthy, safe, and ready to serve.
We're looking for someone who:
• Loves horses and has experience caring for them
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Enjoys working with volunteers and serving others
• Supports our Christ-centered mission
• Wants to be part of a growing organization making a difference in our community
While this role focuses on equine care, the impact reaches far beyond the pasture. Every bucket filled, fence checked, and horse cared for helps create opportunities for healing, growth, and connection for the individuals we serve.
Would you help us?
