Blue Sky Acres Return & Refund Policy

At Blue Sky Acres, every purchase and donation directly supports our mission of serving children, families, and horses through healing, connection, and community. We are grateful for your support.

1. Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, donations are used immediately to support our programs, animals, and operations.

If a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.

2. Merchandise

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are happy to help under the conditions below:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Any item that has been used, washed, or altered

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method whenever possible.
